View all FAQsAfter purchase, open Dashboard → Purchases to download your templates anytime. Each completed order includes secure download access tied to your account.
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Contact support with your order details and a short description of the issue — we will guide you through eligibility and next steps.
Each template is licensed for end-project use according to TemplateHub license terms. You generally cannot resell the raw files or share your download access. See the License page for full details.
Visit Start Selling, complete the seller application, and wait for our team to review your profile. Once approved you can upload templates and manage sales from your seller dashboard.
Checkout is powered by Stripe and supports major cards and other methods enabled for your region (such as common digital wallets where available). The cart shows supported options at payment time.
