Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TemplateHub, a multi-vendor digital marketplace for templates, UI kits, design assets, and related digital products (the "Service").

By accessing or using TemplateHub — including browsing public pages, creating an account, purchasing products, downloading files, applying to sell, or submitting content — you agree to these Terms and to the related policies we publish (including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, License Terms, Seller Terms where you sell, Cookie Policy, and DMCA / Copyright Policy).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. This page is a content draft aligned to the current product. It is not legal advice and is not a final counsel-approved contract until TemplateHub sets an official Effective date after business confirmation and legal review.

Operator identity note: the legal entity name, registered address, and primary legal contact for TemplateHub are not yet confirmed in product configuration (Requires Business Input). Those details will be stated here before these Terms are treated as final or binding.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use TemplateHub for purchases or selling. TemplateHub is directed to adults and businesses, not to children. Age thresholds will be aligned with counsel before final publication; until then, do not use the Service if you are under 13 (or under the digital-consent age that applies where you live).

You may create an account using email and password and/or OAuth providers configured for TemplateHub (for example Google, GitHub, Discord, or Microsoft). You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Email/password sign-up may be limited to allowed email domains configured by platform administrators (defaults may include consumer domains such as gmail.com). Domain eligibility is product configuration and may change. OAuth sign-in follows the rules of the selected identity provider and TemplateHub account linking.

One person or organization should not create accounts primarily to evade suspension, download limits, fees, or enforcement actions. We may refuse, merge, or terminate accounts that appear abusive or fraudulent.

TemplateHub operates a multi-vendor marketplace. Independent sellers list digital products; buyers purchase licenses to download and use those products under the applicable License Terms.

Unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific product (for example items listed by TemplateHub itself or an admin account), TemplateHub is an intermediary platform: we provide hosting, discovery, checkout tooling, download delivery, and related marketplace features. Sellers are responsible for the content, quality, and rights clearance of their listings.

Payment collection and payout currently use Stripe (including Checkout for buyers and Connect for seller payouts where configured). TemplateHub may adopt additional or replacement payment providers in the future. If that happens, payment-related language in these Terms and related policies will be updated to name the live processors without rewriting the marketplace structure of these Terms.

TemplateHub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous search ranking, or any particular commercial result for buyers or sellers.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or session access with unauthorized people.

TemplateHub supports optional two-factor authentication (2FA) flows for account security. Administrative access may require additional 2FA verification for sensitive operations. You should enable available security features where offered.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or lock accounts, invalidate sessions, block IPs, or require re-verification when we detect fraud, abuse, or security risk.

Buyers may browse public listings, use search and filters, maintain a cart, complete checkout when signed in as required by the product flow, download purchased files within platform limits, leave reviews, ask product questions, and manage favourites or collections where those features exist.

Buyers must not: attempt to obtain files without a valid completed purchase; share download links or account access to circumvent purchase; abuse reviews or questions; harass sellers or other users; or use the Service to infringe intellectual property or distribute malware.

Product previews, demos, descriptions, ratings, and seller claims are provided for marketplace browsing. They do not replace the License Terms that govern post-purchase use of files.

Prices are displayed on product and checkout surfaces in the currency and amounts shown by the product at the time of purchase. Sellers set list prices within platform rules; TemplateHub may display coupons or discounts when a valid coupon code is applied at checkout.

Checkout is completed through the active payment processor (currently Stripe Checkout). By paying, you authorize the charge for the cart total after any valid coupon, and you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the License Terms applicable to each purchased item.

Orders create order records associating buyer, seller, product, amounts, platform commission, seller payout amounts, payment-provider references, and download counters. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by the payment processor; TemplateHub stores payment metadata needed for orders, fulfillment, and refunds — not full primary account numbers as product state.

Tax treatment (VAT, sales tax, or similar) is Requires Business Input / TBD pending counsel and operational setup. Until tax collection rules are published, displayed prices should be understood as the amounts charged at checkout as configured by the platform and payment flow. You remain responsible for any taxes that law imposes on you personally.

Purchases are for digital goods. After successful payment and order fulfillment, eligible buyers can download product files through the dashboard purchase/download flows using time-limited download URLs generated by the platform.

Each completed order stores a per-order download counter and a max-downloads value (currently defaulting to five). The buyer dashboard may show remaining downloads for that order. A hard per-order download cap is not fully enforced on every download request in the current product; treat the displayed max as product configuration that may be enforced more strictly in a future update.

A daily download limit is enforced across a buyer’s downloads (currently a default of five downloads per calendar day, configurable in platform settings). If you hit the daily limit, you must wait until the next day to download again.

These controls exist for abuse prevention and delivery management. The daily limit and related defaults may be changed by administrators. When an order is no longer completed (for example after a refund), further downloads for that order are blocked because download access requires a completed order status. Admin refund handling may also set the order’s max downloads to zero.

You are responsible for storing copies of files you lawfully download. TemplateHub is not a permanent archival host for every historical file version beyond what the product currently offers for re-download of completed, non-refunded orders.

A purchase grants a license to use the digital files under the license type selected for that product (Single, Multi, or Extended), as described in the License Terms at /license. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the seller’s intellectual property.

License rights for an order end if that order is refunded or successfully charged back. Misuse of licensed files may result in termination of license rights, account enforcement, and other remedies described in the License Terms and these Terms.

If product page labels and License Terms ever differ in wording, the License Terms control the scope of permitted use once finalized; until then, both are content drafts aligned to the product’s Single / Multi / Extended model.

Signed-in users may submit reviews, product questions, and similar user-generated content associated with their account, where those features are available. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant TemplateHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as part of operating the marketplace.

Content must be lawful, relevant, and not abusive, defamatory, spam, or deceptive. We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms, Seller Terms, or applicable law, and we may restrict accounts that repeatedly misuse community features.

Public marketplace content may be visible to visitors without accounts. Do not post personal data about others without a lawful basis to do so.

You must not use TemplateHub to:

Upload, distribute, or link malware, phishing kits, credential-stealing tools, or other harmful code.

List or traffic in nulled, pirated, cracked, or otherwise unauthorized copies of software, templates, UI kits, or design assets.

Scrape, bulk-harvest, or systematically extract catalog data, user data, or files in a way that burdens the Service or bypasses technical controls.

Circumvent download limits, rate limits, IP blocks, authentication, 2FA, payment, or commission systems.

Attack, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except to the limited extent mandatory law allows.

Impersonate others, manipulate reviews, commit fraud, or launder payments.

Use the Service for illegal activity, privacy-invasive tracking kits, or content that TemplateHub reasonably prohibits under Seller Terms (including stolen assets and other prohibited listing categories).

We may investigate suspected abuse using logs, download records, blocked-IP tools, admin audit trails, and payment-provider signals, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

The TemplateHub name, branding, site design, software, and non-user platform content are owned by TemplateHub or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you a right to copy, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the platform itself outside normal use of the Service.

Seller product files and listing assets remain owned by the respective rights holders and are licensed to buyers only as described in the License Terms. TemplateHub’s role as host and marketplace does not make TemplateHub the author of seller content.

If you believe content on TemplateHub infringes your copyright, follow the notice process in the DMCA / Copyright Policy at /dmca.

Sellers must only list content they have rights to sell. Repeat infringement may lead to suspension or termination under the DMCA policy and Seller Terms.

THE SERVICE AND ALL MARKETPLACE LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TemplateHub does not warrant that any third-party seller product will be error-free, secure for every use case, compatible with your stack, or fit for a particular purpose. Descriptions, tech-stack tags, screenshots, and demos are informational marketplace materials, not a guarantee of results.

We do not control every seller’s conduct offline. We do not warrant continuous uptime, unbroken search indexes, or that every download link will remain available indefinitely after product changes or seller removals — subject to any non-waivable rights you may have and to refund handling under the Refund Policy.

Nothing in this draft claims certifications (including GDPR certification) or insurance coverage that have not been confirmed by the business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TemplateHub and its operators, officers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; business interruption; or substitute procurement costs arising from the Service or any purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TemplateHub’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid through the Service for the purchases attributable to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) — except where a non-waivable consumer right or other mandatory law requires a different result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still allowed. Final liability language is subject to counsel review before publication (TBD / Requires Business Input for governing commercial posture).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TemplateHub and its operators from reasonable claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: your misuse of the Service; your user content; your breach of these Terms or License Terms; your infringement of third-party rights; or, if you are a seller, your listings and IP warranties under the Seller Terms.

We may participate in the defense with counsel of our choosing at our expense. You may not settle a claim that imposes obligation on TemplateHub without our prior written consent.

You may stop using TemplateHub at any time. Account deletion and data retention are described at a high level in the Privacy Policy and may be subject to order, security, and legal recordkeeping needs.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, revoke download access for abusive activity, block IPs, or refuse service when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, Seller Terms, License Terms, the Refund Policy’s abuse rules, the DMCA policy, payment-provider rules, or applicable law — or when needed to protect the platform, users, or third parties.

On termination, licenses already validly purchased may continue only as allowed by the License Terms and only for orders that remain completed and not refunded or charged back, except where termination is for license misuse or IP infringement related to those files. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted subject to their terms, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing-law clauses) survive termination.

Governing law, venue, and formal dispute-resolution process (including any arbitration or small-claims rules) are TBD / Requires Business Input. They will be stated here before these Terms are published as final.

Until that decision is published, nothing in this draft selects a jurisdiction. Informal resolution first is encouraged: contact TemplateHub using the contact method in Section 19 about billing, account, or policy disputes before escalating.

Payment disputes and chargebacks are also handled under the Refund Policy and the rules of the active payment processor.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, new processors, or legal requirements. The version and Updated date at the top of the page will change when revisions are posted.

For draft versions, changes may be frequent as TemplateHub completes the legal documentation roadmap. When a final version is adopted, we will set a clear Effective date. Continued use after a published effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to any additional notice requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if you are a seller, stop listing new products.

Business input still required before final publication: a dedicated legal/support email address, legal entity name, and mailing address (if applicable) are not yet confirmed as canonical product configuration in this repository.

Operational path while details are finalized: use the Contact surface on TemplateHub when it becomes available, or the support/email channel TemplateHub publishes in site chrome or transactional email footers. Do not send payment card data over email.
